Using four- and five-axis CNC grinding machines, we achieve complex profiles and internal geometries with high accuracy, often in a single clamping operation.

Furthermore, we provide polishing and honing to achieve extremely low surface roughness, precise mating surfaces, and optimal cylindricity. This allows us to offer a complete fine machining process, from precision grinding to high-quality surface finishing.

Ultrasonic Grinding

Ultra-precise grinding with ultrasonic vibrations for hardened steel, amongst other materials, ideal for fine details and small tolerances.

Further information

For machining in very hard materials, we use ultrasonic grinding. Thanks to ultrasonic technology, this machine can process both cemented carbide and ceramic with exceptional precision. This makes even the most complex internal grinding operations achievable.

The machine is equipped with a product and tool magazine, allowing for virtually man-free production. This makes it possible to manufacture precise batches and single pieces efficiently and reliably.

Ultrasonic grinding allows us to achieve tolerances and surface finishes that are difficult to achieve with conventional techniques. This enables us to supply high-quality components that are ready for immediate use, even in demanding applications.

The honer not only ensures accurate sizing but also corrects form errors such as ovality or taper. This allows us to achieve high roundness, consistent fitting, and low friction values.

If desired, we can combine honing with preceding turning or milling work, enabling us to produce complete parts in-house. This shortens lead times and guarantees consistent quality throughout the entire process.

Our CNC grinding machines offer a solution for complex and precise grinding operations. With four- and five-axis machines, we manufacture and re-grind various cutting tools and produce unique specials, tailored to the specific requirements of our customers. Some machines are equipped with automatic loading and a grinding wheel changer, while other machines are fitted with a high-speed head for contour and cylindrical grinding of small workpieces.
