CNC Turning
CNC turning is an essential machining process for manufacturing round components with high accuracy. With our modern lathes, we machine workpieces with diameters up to 850 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm. This makes us excellently equipped for both single-piece and series production.

The honer not only ensures accurate sizing but also corrects form errors such as ovality or taper. This allows us to achieve high roundness, consistent fitting, and low friction values.
If desired, we can combine honing with preceding turning or milling work, enabling us to produce complete parts in-house. This shortens lead times and guarantees consistent quality throughout the entire process.

For applications where maximum accuracy and surface quality are required, cylindrical grinding is the ideal solution. In our air-conditioned grinding department, we have multiple machines for both internal and external cylindrical grinding operations. This allows us to process items such as wear parts, tools, and machine components down to the micron level.
Our external grinding department is fully equipped for small batches and custom production. Thanks to our flexible setup, we can respond quickly and deliver high-quality results, regardless of the workpiece's complexity.
We combine the craftsmanship of conventional grinding with the capabilities of modern technology. Our CNC cylindrical grinding machine makes it possible to grind complex shapes and profiles, carry out multiple operations in a single clamping (both internal and external), and guarantee high repeatability.

CNC Grinding
Our CNC grinding machines offer a solution for complex and precise grinding operations. With four- and five-axis machines, we manufacture and re-grind various cutting tools and produce unique specials, tailored to the specific requirements of our customers. Some machines are equipped with automatic loading and a grinding wheel changer, while other machines are fitted with a high-speed head for contour and cylindrical grinding of small workpieces.
We follow the latest developments in the industry and develop our own programmes in free programming for our CNC machines. When a product requires a unique approach, our team develops a specific programme so that the machine is optimally utilised. This is how we guarantee consistent quality, maximum efficiency, and continuous technical improvement.
Thanks to the combination of advanced CNC technology and expert programming, we can deliver both single pieces and small batches with a high degree of precision. From standard cutting tools to complex specials, we supply products that are immediately ready for use.
Ultrasonic Grinding
For machining in very hard materials, we use ultrasonic grinding. Thanks to ultrasonic technology, this machine can process both cemented carbide and ceramic with exceptional precision. This makes even the most complex internal grinding operations achievable.
The machine is equipped with a product and tool magazine, allowing for virtually man-free production. This makes it possible to manufacture precise batches and single pieces efficiently and reliably.
Ultrasonic grinding allows us to achieve tolerances and surface finishes that are difficult to achieve with conventional techniques. This enables us to supply high-quality components that are ready for immediate use, even in demanding applications.
Polishing
We provide the polishing of tools and products to ensure they meet the desired surface roughness and specifications. Depending on the material and application, we select the most suitable polishing agents to achieve an optimal finish for the product.
We can also return your tools coated, meaning they are immediately ready for use and have a longer lifespan.

Checking the correct measurement is an essential step in any process. To guarantee stable and reliable measurements, the entire measurement room is conditioned. Our measurement capabilities range from hand-held measuring tools and 3D coordinate measuring machines to contour gauges and projectors.
During the production process, we place great value on interim checks. Employees carry out regular measurements so that any adjustments to the production process can be made in a timely manner. Once a product is complete, an extensive final inspection takes place. If desired, we supply products including a detailed measurement report, giving you complete certainty regarding the dimensions.
