What are you going to do?
As a Work Preparer you are the linchpin in our technical process. You get a lot of personal responsibility:
- Manufacturability & Calculation: You independently assess the manufacturability of requests and perform accurate calculations.
- Production Planning: You draw up tight production plans, coordinate outsourcing, and arrange material procurement.
- Supplier contact: You independently contact suppliers to gather all necessary input for your own calculations in a timely manner.
- Offer Management: You meticulously translate the customer's request into a technically detailed offer that is solid.
What are you bringing?
- A good dose of technical insight, for example through experience in machining or a completed MBO+ / HBO qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or similar). You feel at home in the world of mechanical manufacturing.
- Experience with estimating software and ERP systems.
- The ‘Menzing mentality’: down-to-earth, precise, and a true team player.
- You take the initiative and tackle things proactively: you keep up the pace and ensure things progress.
- You enjoy thinking about process optimisation, and we don't stand still!
