About

Machining Operations

Machining operations with us are not isolated tasks, but a controlled chain of processing, fine-tuning, and verification. With a modern CNC machine park and multi-axis programming, we bring parts to specifications that make a difference in demanding environments, particularly for components used in flow control and subsea applications. We also machine difficult-to-machine materials, such as Inconel and Duplex, with a focus on dimensional stability, reproducibility, and consistent surface quality. When functionality depends on a bore or fit, we employ honing as a precision finishing step to reliably stabilise geometry and dimensions. Throughout the process and upon delivery, parts are measured and validated using accurate inspection equipment, ensuring quality is demonstrable and lead times remain manageable, even for single pieces and small batches.

CNC Turning

Precision turning of round components up to Ø850 and 3000 mm in length, including difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys.

Further information

CNC turning is an essential machining process for manufacturing round components with high accuracy. With our modern lathes, we machine workpieces with diameters up to 850 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm. Furthermore, we have extensive production capacity within Europe, enabling us to efficiently realise larger quantities in addition to individual pieces and smaller series, always according to our own quality control.

Where many companies stop at standard steel types and alloys, we go further. In addition to conventional materials, we have extensive expertise in the machining of exotic and difficult-to-machine materials such as:

  • Nickel alloys
  • Stainless steel (RVS)
  • Titanium alloys
  • Cobalt alloy
  • Duplex alloys

Thanks to our experience and advanced machine configurations, we guarantee consistent quality, even with the most demanding materials.

We think beyond just machining. To unburden our customers as much as possible, we offer additional services such as surface treatments, primer, coating, and partial assemblies. This way, we don't just deliver precisely machined parts, but complete, ready-to-use solutions.

CNC Milling

Precise milling of complex 3D shapes and contours up to 1500 × 1000 × 800 mm, suitable for both aluminium and steel, as well as high-grade materials such as Inconel and titanium.

Further information

CNC milling is ideally suited for producing parts with precise shapes, contours, and fits. With modern machining centres, we can achieve both simple and extremely complex geometries with a perfect surface quality.

To remain flexible even with larger production runs, we utilise additional European production capacity, which allows us to maintain sharp lead times and pricing without compromising on quality.

We also excel with difficult-to-machine materials. Thanks to our expertise and optimised milling strategies, we effortlessly process, among others:

  • Nickel alloys
  • Stainless steel (RVS)
  • Titanium alloys
  • Cobalt alloy
  • Duplex alloys

Even with materials of high hardness or toughness, we maintain consistent dimensions and finish.

We offer more than just milled parts. To fully take the burden off our customers, we provide additional services such as surface treatments, primer, coating, and sub-assemblies. This way, we supply not only precisely machined products, but immediately deployable solutions.
