"Ultrasonic
Ultra-precise grinding with ultrasonic vibrations for hardened steel, amongst other materials, ideal for fine details and small tolerances.

For machining in very hard materials, we use ultrasonic grinding. Thanks to ultrasonic technology, this machine can process both cemented carbide and ceramic with exceptional precision. This makes even the most complex internal grinding operations achievable.
The machine is equipped with a product and tool magazine, allowing for virtually man-free production. This makes it possible to manufacture precise batches and single pieces efficiently and reliably.
Ultrasonic grinding allows us to achieve tolerances and surface finishes that are difficult to achieve with conventional techniques. This enables us to supply high-quality components that are ready for immediate use, even in demanding applications.

Checking the correct measurement is an essential step in any process. To guarantee stable and reliable measurements, the entire measurement room is conditioned. Our measurement capabilities range from hand-held measuring tools and 3D coordinate measuring machines to contour gauges and projectors.
During the production process, we place great value on interim checks. Employees carry out regular measurements so that any adjustments to the production process can be made in a timely manner. Once a product is complete, an extensive final inspection takes place. If desired, we supply products including a detailed measurement report, giving you complete certainty regarding the dimensions.
